We are looking for reliable inspectors and preservation vendors to perform inspections and preservation work in the entire state of North Dakota! We are recruiting contractors familiar with this industry.
Requirements:
For all work you must supply your own vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, computer, smart phone with Wi-fi, etc.
We require an Aspen Grove account, background check, and request all contractors use the mobile apps (Inspections – InspectorADE and preservation vendors use either Pruvan or PPW).
For insurance you must carry a minimum of $1M in General Liability with Errors & Omissions.
Workers Compensation insurance is required if you have employees or provide a letter of exemption.
