Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations and management of a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively
Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of each property
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair tasks, including obtaining quotes, hiring contractors, and ensuring work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
Manage the leasing process, including advertising available properties, screening potential tenants, preparing lease agreements, and conducting move-in/move-out inspections
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial documents, leases, maintenance logs, and resident information
Prepare monthly financial reports, including income and expense statements, budget variances, and occupancy/collection rates
Stay current with local real estate market trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for property improvements
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to property management staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
Prior experience in property management or a related field is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and property management best practices
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is desirable
