Investors Management & Marketing (IMM) is seeking a full time Leasing Agent to join our Grand Forks team.
As a Leasing Agent you are IMM’s liaison and represent an image of IMM daily, while providing excellent customer service and knowledgeable information to prospective tenants and current tenants.
A leasing agent must display organization, intelligence, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
This starts with leasing up units to prospective residents, and also assisting management with daily tasks.
Previous sales experience and social media skills are preferred for this position.
High School Diploma or higher education is required for this position.

- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess computer and software skills including: Microsoft Office: specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
- Must gain/have a good understanding of Landlord and Fair Housing laws and a good understanding of the property management industry
*Responsibilities and Duties*
- Respond to all incoming leasing inquiries in a timely manner, Answer leasing calls, assist walk-ins
- Schedule and show units to all who are interested
- Lease apartment units to prospective residents
- Establish positive relationships with residents
- Respond quickly to tenants and prospective tenants
- Assist in maintaining order at the communities
- Following up with current and past prospective tenants
- Use social media to promote community and assist in lead sourcing
