Mortgage / Escrow Closing Agent

The Title Team is seeking a full-time Mortgage / Escrow Closing Agent in our Grand Forks, ND office.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

* * Be responsible to meet deadlines in a real estate transaction * Understand the closing process, including document presentation, accounting processes and lender directions * Have a valid driver's license for limited travel * This is an in-office position *Skill Set:* * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Computer skills and knowledge * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to prioritize and multi-task independently *Education and/or Experience:* * High School Diploma *An acceptable background and credit check is required for this position.
