Full-time Affordable Property Manager

Metes & Bounds Management Company, a Minneapolis based property management firm of 45+ years, has a great opportunity for a full-time or part-time property manager to become a part of our team.
Town Square is a 81-unit senior community located in East Grand Forks.
*Responsibilities:* * Processes all resident certifications in a timely manner * Schedules and conducts tenant interviews * Verifies appropriate documents * Enters applicant informaion and generates certifications using Yardi Voyager * Maintains resident files in accordance with the housing program regulations and company policies.
* Maintain the Waiting List adhering to HUD’s rules and regulations * Screens prospective residents and assists them with the application process * Complies with all fair housing laws * Ability to supervise staff *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in property management or other related fields * Familiarity with fair housing laws and leases * Ability to build rapport with residents * Ability to multitask and prioritize * Ability to relate to a diverse resident base * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Yardi experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) * Property leasing: 1 year (Preferred) * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) * LIHTC: 1 year (Preferred) * Yardi: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
