Job Duties:
· Answering phones, greeting visitors, responding to general inquiries, and directing callers appropriately
· Making outbound calls to schedule appointments and sending calendar invites through Gmail
· Managing property listings in the MLS, including editing/uploading photos and seller documents
· Assisting with contract-to-close paperwork and ensuring document completeness
· Scheduling and confirming open houses
· Maintaining customer relationship management systems (CRM)
· Organizing marketing events
· Coordinating the company's social media presence
· Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills Abilities Required:
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· Strong computer proficiency (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Gmail, Google Apps, Facebook)
· Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy
· Ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities under tight deadlines
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Professionalism in working with clientele
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Must maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
· Regular in-office attendance required
Education & Experience:
· High school or equivalent (Required)
· Customer Service: 2+ years (Preferred)
· Administrative Assistant: 2+ years (Preferred)
Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly, Depending on Experience
