*Job Summary*
Loan Processors are responsible for the management of the loan documentation/closing process.
They act as a liaison coordinating with lenders, customers and vendors to collect and prepare all required documentation for loan closings.
Loan Processors ensure that loan packages are completed timely, accurately and within regulatory compliance.
In addition, Loan Processors manage the ongoing administration of customer loan files.
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs.
This position shall provide exceptional service to all clients and inform customers of bank products that meet their specific financial needs.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
· Order credit reports, title work, UCC’s, vehicle transfers and appraisals.
Record mortgages, satisfactions, UCC’s and complete all loan file documentation.
· Prepare loan documents and complete an initial review for accuracy.
· Program new loans onto core system, disburse loan proceeds and ensure all loan fees are paid.
· Manage paid loan files which includes releasing security interest.
· Create Customer Information Profile (CIP) for all new loan clients.
· Manage Loan Tickler system with required documentation.
· Check accuracy of new loan accounts on the core system or ensure this is being completed.
· Create, organize and file all documentation in loan files.
· Verify that real estate taxes are current for real estate loans.
· Provide Consumer loans and lines of credit.
Responsible for collection of consumer loans, NSF decisions and Ready Reserve and Debit Card requests.
· Prepare supporting documentation and maintain appropriate documentation in consumer files.
· Provide customer service for clients as needed, consisting of performing paying and receiving functions for customers
· Assist customers with opening and closing deposit accounts and all ancillary products associated with deposit accounts, as well as opening, closing and accessing safe deposit boxes.
· Maintain appropriate cash levels in assigned cash drawer at all times and balance drawer daily
· Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.
· Understand and comply with banking laws and regulations along with First State Bank policies and procedures.
· Promote the bank’s products and services.
· Represent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers.
· Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating work flow.
· Participate in ongoing training.
· Other duties as assigned.

Selected candidates' salary will be based upon experience.
