Responsibilities:
• Maintain the supplier quality goals set by the Quality Manager and monitor performance to
metrics such as supplier PPM (parts per million), corrective action completion, nonconforming
material dispositions, delinquent PPAPs (production part approval processes), and FAIR (first
article inspection report) submissions.
• Work collaboratively with Sourcing during the supplier approval process by assessing the
supplier capabilities to deliver the required quality standards.
• Assist in technical training for team members within the Supplier Quality team.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements during the
development of new products, print revisions, supplier changes, and providing new product
readiness reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to review and communicate customer supplier quality issues
and work with the Supplier Quality Engineers to implement preventative/corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to continuously improve Supplier Quality.
• Interact with Operations to resolve supplier quality issues on the production lines.
• Assist with assigning vendors to the appropriate Supplier Quality Engineers based on
Commodity teams.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or another related
• Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required in a manufacturing or assembly environment,
demonstrated leadership aptitude for project and process development and support
• Software Knowledge: SAP knowledge preferred
• Experience with interpreting part/assembly blueprints and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and
tolerancing (GD&T) preferred
