Summary
Simplot Grower Solutions is looking to fill seasonal Operations Support positions.
We have two key roles within the Operations Support job:
Yard Crew (daily plant operations)
Loader Operator (loading and moving dry fertilizer at the bulk plant).
Full-time, temporary, position with full benefits and the opportunity for substantial over-time hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL OPERATIONS SUPPORT ROLES:
Loading fertilizer, seed and chemicals; operating equipment to blend fertilizer and chemicals; cleaning and storing equipment after application process
Maintain a conscientiousness for safety at all times; while performing all duties.
Represent selves and the Company professionally at all times.
Yard Crew (specific responsibilities):
Receiving and unloading product and performing warehouse inventory and storage functions
Equipment and plant maintenance; including painting, and general housekeeping responsibilities
Loader Operator (specific responsibilities):
- Operate loader in bulk plant to move dry fertilizer

EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of basic farm equipment and operation is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift 50lbs

Ag-Industry Hours - Must be willing to work overtime and weekends to meet seasonal demands.
