The Site Supervisor is a motivated self-starter capable of managing individuals within our customer’s manufacturing plant.
This role reports into the Site Manager and will be based at the Roseau, MN facility
*Responsibilities*
· Supervising day to day site activities
· Attending production meetings
· Addressing quality issues
· Controlling inventory through accurate ordering
· Staging of materials and components for customers in a timely manner
· Implementing continuous improvements through 5S/Lean concepts
· Prepare and follow preventative maintenance schedule for forklifts, material handling equipment and the facility in general
· Monitors/tracks/reports on workload, schedules, reliability, compliance, and training issues
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor
*Must have:*
· High School Diploma
· Minimum of 3 years supervisory or management level experience
· Experience in Logistics and Shipping
· Understanding of 5S/Lean concepts
· Attention to detail
*Preferred skills and experience:*
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Microsoft Office 365 experience
· CRM experience
