Position Summary
This position serves as a primary point of contact for and liaison with sales, supply chain and multiple operations groups.
They will coordinate schedules and inventories to provide timely information that signals the pull of the customer demand to multiple operations to create maximum value for the customer.
Responsible for entering the relevant information into the manufacturing software and confirming the accuracy of routes, cycle counts, inventory transactions, Kanbans, safety stocks, bills of materials, and master schedule information.

Key Responsibilities
Maintains master schedule for Skid production, revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.
Facilitates weekly discussions to update sales, engineering, supply chain and operations on current order status.
Collaborates with supporting production planners to establish schedules that allocate available resources and inventory to best serve the customer.
Participates in periodic forecasting meetings with sales and conducts, production, shipping, purchasing, and customer service staff.
Run job reports to verify quantities, details, etc.
Help coordinate the supply and transfer of products between facilities.
Track and adjust on-time delivery data.
Coordinate scheduling of jobs with production and sales.
Monitor the progress of production work and help resolve issues that may delay shipment.
Create, audit, organize, and maintain Kanban signals.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in collaborative manner with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and management.
Helps company meet its Strategic, Quality and Safety objectives.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
2+ years of related work experience, preferred
Advanced computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.
)
Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills
Experience with ERP or MRP, preferred.

Physical Demands of Position
This position requires walking, sitting or standing to a significant degree
Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 20 pounds
Must have the ability to climb ladders and/or stairs
Stooping, crouching, kneeling and bending
Handling, feeling, and gripping would be required for some activities
Visual acuity is required to inspect work completed
