_*Education and Experience:*_ * High school diploma or GED certificate preferred but not required * Previous construction experience preferred * Previous Insulation experience a plus * Clean Driving record a plus, with potential additional compensation on starting wage * Ability to obtain a DOT medical card upon hire a plus _*Physical Requirements:*_ * Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and ladders * May stand for long periods of time * Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles * Bend or twist their body * Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl _*Working Conditions:*_ * Often wear protective suits, masks, and respirators * Often work indoors, but may on occasion work outdoors * Are often exposed to loud and distracting sounds and noise levels * Are on occasion exposed to high places * Often travel to and from work sites in a truck or van * May work in very bright or dim lighting conditions * May work physically near other installers _Must be authorized to work in the US.
