Our Flight Test and Training Center (FTTC) located in Grand Forks, ND has a brand new opportunity for a Project Administrator to join their team in a full time capacity.
This position has potential for growth within one of our newest and most innovative locations.
It also offers a unique 9/80 work schedule allowing for every other Friday as an off day.

For this role, you will be responsible for;
Administration of operational aspects of ongoing projects working alongside business leaders.
Administer daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects; participate in project plan development.
Analyze project plans to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met; ensure that all the key parties are advised.
Participate in problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Develop appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records.
Represent the organization with outside organizations.
Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

Job Qualifications:
Typically requires a bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
Must demonstrate a basic understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment while contributing to the development of new processes.
Must be customer focused and possess:
the ability to identify issues, analyze data and develop solutions to a variety of non-routine problems;
good analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings;
good interpersonal skills enabling an effective interface with other professionals; and
good computer skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.
