Project Manager
The position will require you to work primarily in an office setting as you work cross functionally with project teams throughout all phases of the project(s) lifecycle to meet the needs of our valued and high-profile clients.
The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with our clients, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure our work quality exceeds expectations.

Develop and maintain project plans to track critical path tasks, dependencies, and requirements through the project lifecycle
Clearly identify gaps in project delivery – time, cost, resource, deliverables, and escalate as appropriate
Ability to develop a strong and trusting relationship with our clients so that conflicts and changes are addressed quickly
Assist in building the baseline schedule and project budget
Manage project cost, scope and schedule
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that projects meet company standards for design and functionality
Proven ability to evaluate project and financial performance
Supervise, lead, and provide guidance to a team
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

What is required?
8+ years of proven experience in management
Proven knowledge of the Wireless Telecommunication Engineering and Construction Industry
Bachelor’s degree in business management, civil engineering or construction management.
Excellent client and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word and Microsoft Project.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.
), kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching
What is preferred?
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
OSHA 10
OSHA 30
