Project Superintendent

Innes Construction is a General Contractor looking for full-time Project Superintendent to work on commercial construction projects in and around the Grand Forks area.
Responsibilities include: · Communicate with the Project Manager with progress and any issues that may come up · Create work schedules based off job plans and blueprints · Monitor crews job performance and train if needed · Inspect finished work to make sure job is on track · Keep track of material supply · Reporting timecards and injury reports to accountant · Additional duties as assigned Requirements: · Experience in Construction Superintendent · Strong communication and leadership skills · Enforce safety rules at job-site Benefits include: · Paid time off · Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance · 401(k) with company match Pay between $29 - $36 an hour (depends on your level of experience and education) #hc54247
