*Job Overview:* As an HVAC Technician at Vilandre, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems to ensure their optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Your expertise will be essential in delivering efficient and reliable heating and cooling solutions that meet our clients' needs and industry standards.

*Responsibilities:* * *Installation and Maintenance* Perform residential and light commercial installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation equipment, and refrigeration units.
* *Troubleshooting* Diagnose and identify HVAC system malfunctions, defects, or inefficiencies, and recommend appropriate solutions to restore proper functionality.
* *System Testing* Conduct thorough testing of HVAC systems to ensure proper operation, energy efficiency, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
* *Customer Service* Interact with clients professionally, addressing their questions, explaining maintenance procedures, and offering them recommendations on system upgrades or improvements.
* *Compliance and Safety* Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations during installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
* *Documentation* Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Prepare reports for the management team as required.
* *Parts and Inventory Management* Ensure proper management of inventory, tools, and equipment, and submit requests for new parts or supplies as needed.
* *Training and Skill Development* Up to date with the latest HVAC industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

* Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.

* Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
