Landscape Designer/Estimator

Job duties include but are not limited to: * Meet with potential or current customers & provide landscape designs & estimates * Respond to all inquires & requests for bid in a timely manner * Build strong customer relationships & maintain those relationships * Prepare & present design proposals in a complete & professional manner * Provide excellent customer service through all phases of project * Maintain accurate records and tracking of all proposals & jobs * Complete billing of project in a timely fashion & complete final walk throughs with customer & superintendent * Document all change orders & provide accurate information for correct billing * Coordinate jobs with landscape superintendent, foreman, other divisions & subcontractors as needed * Attend trade shows & seminars for increased business knowledge & customer recruitment * Attain certifications by trade organizations that govern work scope Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture or a minimum of 5 years with Landscape Design/Sales Experience * Knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, CAD Design/Land Designer Pro Software & Sketch-Up) * Extremely detail oriented * Excellent written & oral communication skills Opp Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
