You know the destination, chart the course, foster relationships, pitch in and monitor progress to ensure your team is on track to meet budgets, schedules, and goals, while providing quality documents and a highly satisfied client and team experience.

As a project manager, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that directly impact public safety, rehabilitation, public works, and the infrastructure of cities and communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and Achieve Profit Plan | Meet & Exceed Profit Plan
Follow Front End Alignment process to create, evaluate and align scope, resources, and compensation prior to issuing proposals.
Participate in proposal writing and interviews.
Create raving fans, repeat clients, & client referrals.
Develop and maintain a workplan to meet project goals and schedule.
Hold team accountable for tasks and milestones.
Obtain buy-in and guide client through decisions and design process.
Follow JLG process to provide high-quality documents that meet JLG and industry standards, as well as code and technical requirements.
Ensure documents are well coordinated and meet project program and goal outcomes.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited university, current architectural licensure and NCARB record
Evidence of successful achievements of project goals, budgets, and schedules for projects with a construction budget of $5M
Verbal, graphic and written communication
Highly-developed problem solver
Advanced knowledge building code, science, and JLG processes/standards
Clear understanding of architectural business and construction process to budget, plan, deliver, and lead throughout a project
Revit proficiency
