Assembly Leader with strong experience.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly information required.
Use hand tools to install and assemble parts to complete a assembly or machine.
Organize labor and ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
Maintain orderliness, cleanliness and safety within your work area.
Coordinate with different departments including production and engineering for maintaining a schedule.
The best way to describe this position is you are responsible for taking a fabricated and painted assembly and turn it into a finished, running machine ready for shipment.
This is a working position also.
