Lead Trim Carpenter

We are looking for an experienced Lead Trim Carpenter for a working foreman position.
This position is full time, year round and local work.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to be a leader while working alongside a small crew; the ability to communicate effectively with other trades, coworkers and vendors plus attention to detail.
We are looking for someone with experience in all aspects of finish trim work including but not limited to hanging interior and exterior doors, casing, base, wainscotting, crown molding, cabinet install and staircase railings and trim.
This is a Monday thru Friday position with no nights, weekends or overnight travel.
All local job sites.
Hours are Monday thru Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Usually work week is done at noon on Fridays.
Average work week includes overtime.
Pay depends on experience.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation a must.
Valid driver's license as you may drive company vehicle.
