Multi-Family Housing Inspector

About the position Elevate if looking for a Multi-Family Housing inspector for our Grand Forks, ND and Sioux Falls, SD regions.
As a Multi-Family Housing inspector, you will play a crucial role in in ensuring the quality and compliance of our multi-family housing units.
Your Primary responsibilities will include conducting move-out and pre-move-out inspections to assess the condition of the property, identify maintenance needs, and document any damages.
As part of the asset management team, you will collaborate closely with the property management team to maintain high standard of living for our residents.

· Ensure compliance with local housing codes, safety regulations, and company policies during inspections.
Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma required.
