As a valued team member, your primary role involves executing installations and assemblies on our production line.
This includes tasks like reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, and gathering the necessary components.
Ensuring consistent quality in your installations and assemblies is paramount.
You'll work from blueprints, process sheets, or written instructions, crafting items to precise specifications using measurement tools and basic math skills.
Additionally, maintaining a clean and safe workstation environment is part of your role.
*Requirements:*
* Proficiency in using small hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and following intermediate-level instructions.
* Strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork, effective communication, and self-management skills.
* Physical ability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds, perform tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching, and use ladders safely.
* Willingness to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work overtime as required.
* Opportunities for on-the-job training are available.
