Assembler/Painter - Night or Weekend Shift

Position Summary: This position is responsible for preparing, painting, and assembling agricultural products with high standards in safety, quality, cost and punctuality.
*Essential responsibilities:* · Hang and take down fabricated components by hand or with job aids such as a crane or forklift.
· Operate the blast booth at a rate that efficiently drives throughput.
· Inspect, prepare and caulk blasted components to quality standards prior to painting.
· Apply paint to prepared components while maintaining quality and efficiency.
· Use blueprint drawings to apply decals and assemble product.
*Position Requirements:* *Qualifications:* · Previous experience in a painting environment is *not *required.
· Competently operate a forklift and crane.
· Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
· Safely operate power and hand tools.
· Must be able to read a tape measure.

· Employee is required to stand for longer periods of time.
