Assistant Professor 493957 Grand Forks, North Dakota, United States Full-time Faculty Salary/Position Classification $87,000+ Annual 100% Remote Work Availability: No Hybrid Work Availability: No Purpose of Position Teach in the areas of general physical therapy care, basic sciences, and other areas in the Department of Physical Therapy in the School of Medicine & Health Sciences at the University of North Dakota.
Duties & Responsibilities Teaching in the areas of general physical therapy care, basic sciences, and other areas of departmental need Well-defined, ongoing scholarly agenda and dissemination Service to the department, school, university, and profession Advising graduate and undergraduate students Minimum Requirements Academic doctorate or earned DPT with a commitment to pursue academic doctorate appropriate for teaching responsibilities and scholarly activity Advanced training with contemporary expertise and clinical experience in generalist physical therapy practice Current PT license; eligible for ND license 3 years of clinical experience Successful completion of a Standard Criminal History Background Check In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
