Responsibilities Collaborate with Practice Studio Leader and Project Manager to lead the programming process or evaluation of owner provided program.
Distill owner’s needs into a clear problem statement, then establish design parti that aligns with clients’ goals and vision for project.
Guide the integrated design process around client goals, design parti, sustainable design principles, and JLG/industry standards.
Integrate consultants and systems relevant to project.
Consider, challenge, and clarify design priorities through the design, documentation, and construction process to ensure design intent is documentable and buildable.
Generate and participate in client presentations, proposals, and interviews.
In collaboration with Practice Studio Leader and PA/PM, utilize a post-occupancy process to develop and engage team in lessons learned to grow our leadership in project type and execution.
All other duties as assigned Requirements: Professional, accredited degree in Architecture and currently on track to architectural registration/licensure; LEED AP preferred 3 or more years of experience with a strong design portfolio including executed projects demonstrating design excellence Strong verbal and graphic skills to lead decision making process and design workshops Excellent analog & digital imaging skillset including fluency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office suite.
