We are looking for an IT Coordinator to assist with IT and Software support that serves a Corporate Center and approximately 70 store locations.
This is an in-office position.

Areas of Responsibility and Associated Tasks:
User Support and Helpdesk Operations:
- Provides Tier II technical support to end-users.
- Assists with helpdesk operations, including ticket resolution and system improvements.
- Develops and maintains knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Network and System Administration:
- Configures and maintains network infrastructure.
- Configures user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Performs routine system backups.
IT Procurement:
- Researches and recommends IT equipment and software purchases.
- Researches and recommends relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
Project Coordination:
- Assists in planning, implementing, and documenting IT projects.
- Tracks project progress and communicates updates to relevant parties.
Training and Documentation:
- Conducts training sessions for employees on IT tools and best practices.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation, manuals, and guides.
- Develops training materials for new software or systems.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Assists in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
- Conducts security audits.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
- Assists in developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
- Assists in testing backup systems and procedures regularly.
- Implements measures to ensure business continuity in case of IT disruptions.
Research and Innovation:
- Stays up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations.
- Assists in evaluating new software, tools, and technologies for potential implementation.
- Makes recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborates with other departments to understand their IT needs.
- Provides technical expertise and support for cross-departmental initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitors system performance, compliance, and analyzes trends.
- Identifies areas for improvement and makes recommendations for optimizations.
Communication:
- Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains a positive user experience.
- Ability to deliver information clearly and in a manner that our users understand.
Continuous Improvement:
- Utilizes available resources to improve performance and general IT knowledge.
- Identifies recurring issues and suggests improvements to prevent future incidents.
- Participates in team meetings to discuss challenges, share knowledge, and brainstorm solutions.
Familiarity in Recommended Software Preferred:
Microsoft Office
