Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure their optimal performance.
Tooling Design: Evaluate and design tooling solutions to improve safety, quality, and delivery.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment logs.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and supplies required for maintenance tasks.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and address operational needs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of maintenance procedures and protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Autodesk, SolidWorks, or other similar design and modeling software.
Shift: 6am-2:30pm
