Nanny Position
The Nelson Family (Adam and Oriana) is looking for a nanny for our family in Grand Forks.
We have three boys - 6 years , 3 years, and 3 months.
Oriana is a stay-at-home mom and is looking for assistance with our boys so she can run errands, make appointments, work from home, etc.
Our ideal applicant will bring great energy and a desire to be creative and play with our active kids.
We are looking for an applicant to start soon, work through the summer and, ideally, continue through next year.
We live in Grand Forks proper.
4 days/week, 4 hrs/day
Days and hours are flexible
Pay: $20-$25 per hour
Previous nanny / childcare experience is preferred.
Duties:
- Engage and interact with children in a nurturing and educational manner
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, discipline, and any specific care needs
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Ensure the safety of children at all times, both indoors and outdoors
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably as a Babysitter, Nanny, or in a similar caregiving role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents
- Reliable transportation to commute to the family's location
