Child Care Teacher

Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities * Wellness programs Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development - Maintain a clean and organized classroom - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime - Monitor and address any behavioral issues or conflicts that may arise - Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols Experience: - Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting, such as babysitting, nannying, or working in a daycare center - Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and curriculum for different age groups - Strong classroom management skills to effectively manage a group of students - Ability to handle behavior management and discipline when necessary - Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents/guardians, and other staff members Note: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required until orientation We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about working with children.
