Duties:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including financial analysis, financial management, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
- Conduct regular account analysis to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
- Utilize financial software systems to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, financial management, and account reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using financial software systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
