Responsibilities:
Assist with answering phones and helping customers
Interact with insurance companies, handling photos, invoices, phone calls and other requests
Help keep workflow organized by scheduling, ordering, billing, receivable collections and providing follow-up support for the body shop and front office as needed
Assist the manager with various tasks as needed
