Need a house for 2 dogs, 2 cats, and rabbit preferably (Grand Forks, ND)

My wife and I are moving to Grand Forks, ND from Southern Colorado and need a home to live in for rent.
Need a place that at a minimum will allow us to have 2 dogs and 2 cats, preferably a rabbit as well.
IF we need to rehome our rabbit, we have some family that would love to have him if we can't.
Preferably less than $1700/month, and preferably a minimum of 3 bedrooms, as well.

With us living in Colorado I won't be able to view the home in person until we move, but we are willing to do a video call to view the home.
Both of us do NOT smoke, and we'd be bringing a total of 3 vehicles with us.
