Grand Forks newest ghetto Management is the absolute worst in town.
Worst snow removal in town.
Don't buy the con.
Management: Discriminates Bullies Neglectful in administrative responsibilities.
Displays obvious favoritism.
In cahoots with Central and Midwest mobile making it very difficult to get maintenance work done on your property.

Maintenance team does her every bidding even when it's discriminating and unethical.
When you go to sell she has no conscience.
When you send buyers to "get approved" she will try and steal your buyers.
Office staff has had unethical "relations" with park tenants.
Allows certain tenants to skirt around park policies while only enforcing to a handful of tenants.
Nearly impossible to reach the local parks national supervisors to keep local manager in check.
Parking is awful.
