Ice House - $8,800

I am selling my Ice Castle.
It is a 2007 but was titled as a homemade 2018 by the guy before me.
I bought this last summer and used it a couple times with a portable AC but due to the ice conditions this winter, I never got it out.
It has 7 holes and is a very open floor plan.
Before I got it, the cranks were replaced with electric jacks, a new inverter was installed, a tv was mounted, a DVD player and surround sound speakers were added and fans were added to push warm air down.
I put a new Roku tv in, replaced the tires, had the leaf springs replaced, had the pivots greased and had zerks added, had the bearings repacked and a new jack welded on the tongue.
I also bought an air conditioning unit that works awesome for this thing.
I never did use the heater or stove/oven but I did refill one of the 40lb propane tanks.
I’m spending too much money storing it and with the long list of projects my wife has for me.
I don’t think I’ll get to use it this summer at all.
I figured I’d put it on here and see if anyone else can use it.
I’m asking $8,800 or best offer and would entertain a trade for a Jeep Wrangler
