4br - UND SWF seeks F roommates (Grand Forks)

Hi! My name's Christine and I'm looking for 3 F roommies over 40 to share an on-campus apartment.
Private bedrooms.
Kitchen table and chairs provided by Housing - unsure of other furnishings.
I'll be working on a PhD in English - no specific major required and upper class undergraduates are great! I'm disabled with a comfort dog; she's Chihuahua and dachshund, unsure if she's hypoallergenic, but she does not make me sneeze! I have a home in Brainerd/Baxter, MN, and will rarely be around weekends.
No overnight guests without prior agreement from all housemates.
I smoke occasionally but am willing to take it outside if that bothers people who are otherwise a good match.
Probably no cats.
