The Traveling Trainer and Merchandising Specialist position is a developmental role for potential leadership growth at Driveline.
The Traveling Trainer and Merchandising Specialist will learn the business, project manage, and ensure completion of projects, as well as train, supervise, and direct local Driveline Merchandising staff and external temporary staff to complete projects that meet Driveline’s customer specifications.
The Traveling Trainer and Merchandising Specialist, will also administer ongoing training to merchandising staff to help build a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve financial goals, as well as schedule and maintain proper staffing levels for projects.
Additionally, this position will be responsible for building positive working relationships with client personnel, external staff, and all Driveline team members that they may interact with.
Essential Duties:
Ability to travel up to 85% of the time.
Administer ongoing training to merchandising staff to help build a high-performance team, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve financial goals.
Learn, follow, and enforce company policies and procedures related to merchandising.
Train, recognize, and motivate staff.
Consistently execute to the Company’s visual presentation standards of excellence.
Interact professionally and build positive working relationships with merchandising teams and District Managers
Work individually or as part of a team to complete projects assigned by management
Train merchandising staff on the Company’s mission statement and values
Supervise and direct Driveline Merchandisers and external temporary staff on completion of projects that meet Driveline customer specifications
Schedule and maintain proper staffing levels for projects

If You Possess the Skills and Motivation To:
Hire, train, and develop your District Management team for optimal performance
Provide daily, hands-on tactical execution guidance to your field team
Communicate daily with your team and client field personnel via phone or video conference
Travel regularly with your District field team and client field personnel
Manage to defined KPIs to drive corporate and client initiatives
Manage regional spending against corporate and program budgets
