*BeMobile, an Authorized Agent of Verizon Wireless, *and multiple time winner of the Verizon “Mid agent of the Year Award”*, *is seeking an experienced *Wireless Retail Store Manager* to lead our team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales associates at our location in Devils Lake North Dakota.
As a *Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager*, your role will be to lead, coach, and inspire a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates and ensure our customers receive world class service each visit.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of leading teams in a retail and sales environments, developing team members into leaders, attaining and exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators as set by leadership.

· Ensuring customers are overly satisfied with your location’s appearance, and customer service provided by your team.
· Earning the loyalty, repeat business and additional referrals from our customers by implementing practices that ensures a productive and memorable experience is had by customers.
· Coaching your team to execute the BeMobile sales process consistently and successfully so that our customers are well educated on the Verizon Products and Services we provide and can make informed buying decisions.
· Monitoring each team members’ achievements of goals, quotas, and targets to ensure the profitability of your BeMobile Verizon Wireless Location · Utilizing outreach tools and strategies to generate additional store traffic so your location can attain and exceed goals, quotas and targets set by BeMobile Leadership.
· Effectively communicating changes or updates to Verizon Products and Services, BeMobile and / or Verizon Policies to your team members.
· Operating your location efficiently by timely executing operational tasks including but not limited to; cash in and out reports, daily deposits, inventory tasks, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members, employee scheduling while adhering to the staffing budget, approving time punches and time off requests, and other tasks as directed by your District Leader.
· Networking with local businesses and being an active member in the community you serve.
*As a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Leader for BeMobile, we are looking for the following skills and experiences:* · 1 – 2 years of experience as a Wireless Retail Store Manager or similar role.
(Preferred) · Able to communicate well in both written and verbal formats.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Experience with utilizing a sales process when working with retail customers.
· Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members to so they can be future leaders for BeMobile.
· Must have open availability and able to work night, weekends, and holidays as the needs of the business dictates.
· Must be able to pass a background check.
