Our ideal candidate will be:
Passionate about patient care and have a current Dental Hygiene license for MN.
Proactive in diagnosing periodontal disease, educating patients on oral hygiene, and truly care about our patients overall health.
Knowledgeable of soft tissue management and be committed to following our office’s Periodontal Protocol
Charismatic and know how to connect with patients in a way that builds trust.
Committed to professional development and know how to lead patients to optimal dental health.
Willing to travel for team development courses, if necessary.
Fun, engaging, and committed to adding value to our team.
This position will:
Be 4 days a week
Be an immediate start
Daily pay rate of $320-$350 or 20-25% of production, whichever is greater
