```Duties:```
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Help patients with meals and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience
- Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (e.
g.
, Epic) is a plus
- Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide compassionate care to patients
- Ability to catheterize patients (if required by the job)
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and ability to follow them accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
