As a Registered Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
Work with a team of physicians, LPNs, CNAs and aides to deliver quality patient care
Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor
Assist nursing staff in carrying out patient’s plan of care
A few must-haves for Registered Nurses:
Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program and active RN license in North Dakota
CPR certification
Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills and compassion
