Description:
· Responsible for leading that group's Quality, Technical or Planning (QTP) Specialists.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
· Recruiting and training and mentoring of QTP Specialists
· Forecasting needs of the Project and Platform teams based upon the company’s PDP deliverables.
· Balance staffing of Platform and Project Teams by deploying QTP Specialists according to needs and skills of the specialist.
· The QTP Specialist’s primary interface is with the Project and Platform/Modules CVE, Quality, Cost, Technical, \*Planning (QCTP) Manager and Project Management Office (PMO) QTP Manager
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance or Business from an ABET accredited university.
· Automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in any of the following areas: Product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting, or quality
· Product Development Process Experience
· Must be a highly motivated, detail oriented, and a self-directed process thinker.
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Strong written and presentation skills are a must.
· Ability to interface with all levels of management.
· Management presentation skills
· Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
· Familiar with company’s systems, tools, and processes
· Previous team leadership experience
· Program Management and Launch leadership experience.
· Releasing lead experience – PR, DR, PC role preferred
Requirements:
Recent graduates with Entry with 2+ years, Mid level with 3+ years, Expert level with 4+ years of experience can apply.
Candidate must have experience with automotive background.
Internships & project experience can also be considered.
Candidates who are graduating in 2024 can also apply.
