What You’ll Do:
Elevate your repair skills: Completing work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner along with general handyman duties for building and apartment maintenance.
Elevate your adaptability: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests while on- call and adapt to changing priorities to support business needs effectively.
Elevate your communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and all other parties regarding maintenance issues, updates, and requirements.

Qualifications and Skills
Valid Driver's License required.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
