Registered Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth - Take dental x-rays - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide oral health instructions - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed - Assist the dentist during dental procedures as needed - Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans - Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure patient safety Experience: - Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of MN - Proficiency in dental assisting techniques - Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control practices - Ability to perform patient assessments and take vital signs - Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy Skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members - Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity for performing precise dental procedures - Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental software for patient record management We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
