Job Title: eCommerce Financial Analyst
Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned and proficient eCommerce Financial Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic team.
This position will not only be tasked with delivering valuable insights through meticulous data analysis and leveraging web analytics but will also assume a pivotal role in establishing and sustaining Acme's data infrastructure.
This involves implementing methodologies and identifying strategic partners for the creation of a resilient data warehouse and analytical system.
Additionally, the role encompasses facilitating Profit and Loss (P&L) management for the overall team, as well as actively contributing to the creation and analysis of interdepartmental P&L statements.

Design and maintain clear, user-friendly web analytics reports and dashboards with a focus on P&L metrics and key performance indicators.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and engagement, identifying trends for financial impact.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to distill findings, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations for informed business decisions.
Audit website content to ensure proper tracking and data collection, promptly addressing issues to maintain accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with eCommerce and Marketing teams to conduct A/B testing and optimize website performance with an emphasis on revenue and profitability.
Lead the initiative in creating customer profiles, segmenting customers, and personalizing experiences across various channels (email, SMS, website).
Implement effective customer segmentation and tailored communications to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Establish and manage interdepartmental Profit and Loss statements for Acme’s Paid Ads, Affiliate, Email, SMS and Marketplace teams, ensuring financial accountability and transparency.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and presenting findings, with a focus on financial impact and strategies.
Take a lead role in building and maintaining Acme's data infrastructure, including setting up methods, finding strategic partners for a data warehouse, analytics system, and ETL platform, emphasizing financial data integrity.
Stay current with industry trends in web analytics and digital measurement, integrating financial best practices for continuous improvement.
Provide training and support to internal teams on web analytics tools, best practices, and the established data infrastructure, emphasizing financial implications and outcomes.
Need-To-Haves: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a measurement or analytic role Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, SEM Rush, Similar Web Strong understanding of web analytics and digital measurement concepts Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality of all departmental and company information Employment offers are contingent on drug-screen and background check.
Relocation to Grand Forks, ND required.
