Responsibilities Repair and Replace Windshields Install Accessories Help prep Vehicles and Parts for Painting Perform other duties as assigned Keep shop area neat and clean Work in a safe manner at all times Report any safety issues to management immediately Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks Qualifications Ability to disassemble basic components from a vehicle and then reassemble them Ability to meet deadlines Ability to read and follow instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask Punctual and Responsible Honest and Self-Motivated Positive Attitude Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and bend for an appropriate amount of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Good communication skills Team player Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willingness to complete background check Applicants may be drug-tested What We Offer Competitive Compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, along with Auxiliary Benefits (Critical Illness, Accident, etc.
