Dental Hygienist Hiring ASAP

Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth and examining oral areas for signs of disease or decay - Take and develop dental x-rays - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide to patients as needed - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for dental care - Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and materials - Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as necessary - Follow aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment - Utilize dental software systems such as Eaglesoft and Epic for patient scheduling, charting, and billing Qualifications: - Valid state dental hygiene license - Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program - Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft and Epic - Strong knowledge of patient assessment, aseptic technique, infection control systems, CAD (computer-aided design), dental assisting, HIPAA regulations, and dental office operations - Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients on oral health practices - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
