*We Are Hiring: Motor Vehicle Clerk * We are looking to expand our Motor Vehicle department and hire for a Motor Vehicle Clerk.
The job can either be a 20-25 hours a week where hours can be flexible or can be a full-time Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 position.
Responsibilities: * Make daily deposit/ Motor Vehicle * Drop mail off Daily/Motor Vehicle * Daily report and submission to Bismarck / Motor Vehicle * Issue titles; title transfers; and duplicate plates; duplicate decals; duplicate titles.
* Take plate inventory * Issue plates: temporary registration, decals, mobility impaired placards, plates, snowmobile and off highway decals.
* Dealer work * Communicating with bank vendors via phone or fax * Put freight away * Bank reconciliation monthly /Motor Vehicle * Answering phones/Motor Vehicle * Other Duties as assigned Requirements: We are looking to complement our team with an outgoing, energetic personality.
