Our work environment includes: * Work-from-home days * Growth opportunities Responsibilities: - Manage a team addressing customer care and ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or customer care management role - Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal - Multilingual skills, including fluency in Spanish, is highly preferred - Proven ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and manage multiple priorities effectively - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders - Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial resolutions - Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects - Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
