is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment.
Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands.
Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities: • Coordinate and execute efforts for legal and incident reports.
• Coordinate bulletins and recalls across all TSV brands, including signoffs and progress reports.
• Research, initiate, and implement new software, processes, and procedures to improve the customer care department and business support across all functions.
• Coordinate training for TSV employees and dealers to increase TSV brand knowledge.
• Create and analyze reliability and quality reports in order to understand trends and report findings to key business leaders.
• Diagnostic Tool Maintenance and Development and ECM programming for service parts • Assist with escalated customer calls • Maintain Brainier/TSV University site for Arctic Cat and Tracker • Help with the transition from Cat Tracker to Salesforce • Help with the transition from ASAP to 1SAP • Review service parts for new models • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field • Years of Experience: P1 0-2 years of experience/ P2- 2 or more years’ relevant experience required.
