Job Summary:
The part-time front desk representative is responsible for general office assistance and handles a wide range of support related tasks on a daily basis with all CTS departments including, but not limited to; interacting with staff (at all levels), greeting visitors and issuing guest badges, answer incoming phone calls, sort mail and receive deliveries, assist with meeting room set-up, computer work, and filing.
These positions are non-benefited, part-time working up to 19 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule during office hours which are Monday through Friday 7:45 a.
m.
– 5:00 p.
m.
These positions are located at the IT Building, UND Campus, Grand Forks, ND.
Minimum qualifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience working in an office environment or related
Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, Access, and Excel
Effective time management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with a team
Accuracy with data entry
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred qualifications:
· Work experience in higher education
· Work experience in North Dakota University System
· Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ITIL and customer centric support
